Canceling an order:
Buyer reserves the right to cancel an order at any time prior to shipping
without incurring any cost.
If an order is cancelled after shipment buyer has the right to refuse shipment
but will be held responsible for the shipment cost and a 25% restocking fee.

Privacy policy:
All transactions are kept confidential between the buyer and Gold Source.
Gold Source at no time will provide any information to any 3rd party.

Typographical errors:
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price Gold Source reserves the right to cancel such order at any time.

Order Acceptance Policy:
Your receipt of an order confirmation number does not signify our acceptance.
Nor does it constitute an offer on our part to sell.

Limitation of liability:
 GSI will not be responsible for consequential damage to the system or it’s components caused by either internal or external equipment, shorted connections, components not installed or installed incorrectly, misused, exclusive use, liquids or chemicals spilled upon or inside the system, oxidation or corrosion to components caused by exposure to salt air, or other causes beyond our control.  As with installing any equipment, we suggest following the manufacturers recommendations on installation procedures and compatible equipment/parts.

Gold Source assumes no responsibility based on any claims by any manufactures.

Payment arrangements:
All goods shipped are payable immediately upon shipping.  The following forms of payment are accepted: credit card, check, money order or cashiers check in advance and wire transfer.  GSI offers net terms to institutions such as: government, corporate, schools/universities, military and other major institutions.  Net terms are payable within the allotted net terms time period.  All unpaid invoices are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% monthly.  In the event it becomes necessary to incur collection or institute suit to collect any amount due under this agreement, then the buyer agrees to pay all additional collection costs, charges and expenses including attorney’s fees.  All returned checks are subject to a $25.00 surcharge per check. 

Delivery:
Gold Source (GSI) will make every reasonable effort to effect shipment on or before the shipping date given.  If shipment cannot be made within a reasonable amount of time, customer will be notified and given the option for cancellation or backorder.  GSI is not liable for delays caused by government order, strikes, acts of god and other causes beyond GSI’s control.  All shipments are F.O.B. GSI’s warehouse southern California, USA unless drop shipped by GSI’s vendor.  GSI shall not be responsible for carrier’s mis-delivery, loss or damage. 

Returns:
You’re welcome to return all unused/unopened items(except hard drive caddies) within 30 days for any reason, for a full refund.  Any returns for refunds on hard drive caddies will incur a 25% restocking fee.Sorry no exceptions can be made.  Just call or email us for a return authorization number (RMA).We'll even refund your shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Returns in unsellable condition and/or missing parts:  If your return is in unsellable condition or missing parts, we will charge a 25% restocking fee.  Sorry we do do accept any returns for refund more than 30 days after delivery date, returns after 30 days are subject to replacement or repair at our discretion.  Customer assumes all return shipping cost if the return was not a result of our error.  If return shipping is charged to our account or sent COD then the amount will be deducted from the credit issued.  Please allow 7 to 14 working days after we receive the item for a credit to be issued.  You will be given you’re credit the same way in which the item was purchased, exception: checks will be issued for cash refunds.  

Warranty:
  If your purchase has failed or become defective within 30 days after delivery, we will cross ship with a new or repaired item via FedEx 3rd at no additional charge to you, provided stock is available.  If stock is not available you will be given the option for an upgrade or equivalent product, whichever is available.  All cross shipments must be secured with a credit card and returns must be received within 15 days of cross shipment date to avoid charges.  Freight upgrades are subject to additional charge.  Customer assumes all return shipping costs.   After 30 days of delivery please call or email for a return authorization number.  All warranty replacements after 30 days must be received prior to shipping replacement items.

 Jurisdiction and Venue:
Buyer agrees that all legal action brought against or by GSI shall be governed by the laws and principles of the State of California without regard to any conflict of law principles.  Buyer agrees that the jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from and transaction shall be heard in an appropriate federal or state court located in Los Angeles County, California USA.  

How to place an order

 
How do I place an order?

To place an order from Gold Source's (GSI) web-site, you will need to build a Shopping List and then order from it.

Building a shopping List

1. Locate the item(s) you want by using the Online catalog, or by browsing by product category.

2. When you locate an item you would like to order, click on the "Add to Shopping Cart" button.  This will add that product to your Shopping Cart List".

3. If you would like to shop more, continue browsing by product category.

4. If you are finished shopping, click on the "View Shopping Cart" button, located in the upper page.

5. Repeat the steps above until you are finished building your Shopping List.

Important notes:
Building a Shopping Cart List is not a commitment to purchase the items in your list.    You will have the opportunity to remove items from your list before you finalize your order.

To return to your Shopping List from anywhere within the site, click on the "View Shopping Cart" button at the top.

If you would like to remove items from your list, just click on the "View Shopping Cart"  bar to retrieve your list.  When the list appears, click on the "Delete" button next to each item that you like to remove.

Ordering from a shopping List

1. Review the items on your list.

2. Specify the quantity of each item you would like to order.  The default quantity for each item is "1".

3. Remove any items you do not wish to purchase by clicking on the "Delete" button listed next to each item.

4. When you are finished reviewing your list, click on the "Send Order" button.

5. A Billing & Shipping information page is then displayed where you will input your name, billing address, shipping address, credit card information,   and any special instructions for your purchase.

6. You will then have shipping method selections available before completing the purchase process.

8. If everything on the Order Review page is correct, click on the "Send Order" button to complete the transaction.

9. After your order is transmitted to GSI a Thank You page will appear.  Print a copy of this page; it contains valuable information about your order.    If you have problems printing this page, please write down your order number and call 714-529-0607 to verify your order.

10. When you are done printing, "click here to continue" link to complete the order process.

Is my order safe?
Gold Source uses the latest 128 bit encryption codes to make all transactions
easy and safe.
If you still do not feel comfortable giving your card info thru the web, simply
place the order and under credit card info mark call.
A Gold Source rep will call you to obtain the info ASAP.

Do you offer will-call service?
Sorry due to security issues we no longer offer will-call.

Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes we accept all government, school, military and F500 purchase orders.

Do you accept APO/FPO orders?
Yes we currently can accept and ship your order via the US Postal service

Can you ship to a P.O. box?
Sorry due to the sensitive nature of our product and the need for a timely
and safe delivery, Gold Source can only ship by Fed Express to a physical address.

Is my order taxable?
Only orders shipped to a California address are subject to sales tax.

Do you ship internationally?
International orders can only be placed by customers that call via voice telephone to 714-529-0607;  Gold Source requires prepayment prior to shipping.
Sorry at this time Gold Source cannot accept any international credit cards.
Please contact GSI's Sales Department for shipping rates, restrictions and other arrangement for international orders.  Pricing request are accepted via phone, e-mail or via fax 714-529-7257.

Why only Federal Express?
During our 8 years in business and having shipped thousands of packages,
Federal Express has consistently provided near perfect service, along with
very competitive rates..
We have tried all the other available avenues and have been very dissapointed

Does Gold Source provide price protection?
Sorry due to the radical pricing in our industry once an order is placed the
pricing cannot be changed.

Will you ship to a 3rd party address?
We can ship to a 3rd party address provided we obtain the correct billing address for your credit card.
We will not however ship to any 3rd party receiving company such as Parcel Post, Postal Annex, Mail Box etc..

Can I pay by money order?
Yes you can. Please see our billing section for instructions.

What is your return policy?
Gold Source performs warranty service during the first 30 days after purchase.
Gold Source does not accept returns on any software.
If an item is returned, you have an option of a replacement product or a refund.
All refunds will incur an 15% restocking charge.
Please keep in mind that the customer is responsible for any costs incurred
returning an item.
Gold Source will cover the cost of shipping the replacement by means of the
original method.
Any return for credit must be done within 30 days of invoice date.

GSI will replace any incorrectly shipped product with the correct ordered product at its own expense.

What is your Product Warranty Policy?

All product sold by Gold Source carries a full factory warranty.
Please refer to the manufactuer for full warranty detail.

How do I check an order?
Just enter our tracking link and provide the requested info and your
status report will be emailed to you ASAP.

Can I cancel an order?
A customer can cancel an order at any time before shipping and will not
incur any charges at all.
If the package has already been sent the customer can refuse shipment.
At that time the customer becomes responsible for the shipping charge and a 15% restocking fee.

What is a Cookie and what will a cookie do for me?

A cookie is a very tiny piece of text we are asking permission to place on your computer's hard drive.  The text by itself only tells us if you have visited our site before.  It does not store any personal information such as your e-mail address, street address or phone number.  GSI uses cookies to keep track of the items in your shopping basket and to enable us to present you with customized content.

Gold Source does not ship to the following:
P.O. boxes,
3rd party receiptient such as Mail Boxes Etc, Postal Annex etc..

All shipments listed are in business days.
Weekends and holidays do not count.
Saturday delivery is an option that incurs additional fees.

Please understand that Gold Source requires a signature on all shipments.
